Core to the business is David (Davo) Ruthven-Stuart.
I help individuals balance learning, fun and performance through a rich tapestry of experience. This includes 6 years as an international ski competitor for the British Freestyle Ski Team competing at World Cup & World Championship level from 1980 – 1985. This provided me with a valuable platform and enabled me to understand the value of continuous learning, personal development, coaching support and performance at the highest level.
After completing a business degree, my journey has included setting up Britain's Premier Indoor Rock Climbing Centre, The Castle, followed by various management roles within small and larger organisations. Time spent working and observing colleagues, clients, friends and family alike, has enabled me to identify my delight in seeing others grasp a sense of their own vast capabilities and the enjoyment they gain from challenging their own perceptions.
A key reason for setting up my own business was to ensure I am able to work with like minded people who share similar values and beliefs. I believe firmly that by balancing fun, learning and performance with a focus on the present, individuals can be effectively motivated and pulled towards a common objective.
I also take great pleasure in my role as a Business Mentor for The Prince’s Trust and regular involvement with local schools and colleges.
